The Indiana Primetime Sports Performance group is dedicated to helping young athletes become bigger, faster and stronger while developing the proper foundation of how to train the body. Our goal is to help each individual build their self-confidence throughout the training while enhancing their athletic performance. All athletes will perform age appropriate strengthening exercises, plyometrics, speed and agility drills, circuit training and more. We will perform a baseline test on day 1 and will finish with a post-test assessment in the final week of this group so all athletes can track their progress. Typically 2nd-5th grade children will participate in our Beginner group from 6-7 pm and athletes in grades 6th-9th will take the Advanced class.
